The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lisa J. Klopfle can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Cheri Roman
Condolence: I am deeply saddened by the passing of my friend Lisa, and I will miss her very much. Lisa was a neighborhood friend who came back into my life a few years ago. As Bernadette said, she made it her business to plan events for the old gang (as many as could make it) to get together. Most memorable was seeing the Who, one of our favorite bands as teens. It was so special to spend their 50th anniversary with the friends I grew up listening to them with. She even insisted on paying for a limo to get us there, she was always so generous. Lisa’s knack for music was exemplary. I admired her ability to hear and recognize every note. I’m glad she was able to pass her love for music, and talent on to Madison.

In memory of Lisa I am donating to The Fender Music Foundation, who supply instruments to in-need school music classrooms, after-school and music therapy programs. (Thank you Theresa Fitzgerald for finding and suggesting this great organization.) I know Lisa would be happy to know that children’s lives, that may have not been otherwise, were enhanced by music because of her.

My thoughts are with you Madison, Mike, and family. Madison, you were the light of her life, she was so incredibly proud of you, and I know she will be looking over you.

Condolence: What I will always remember is laughter. Our many lunchroom antics when we laughed until we cried. The Halloween challenges. Lisa’s gift of cooking- always whipping up amazing meals for friends - always helping out in times of need. Her devotion to her daughter- and the pride that showed through when talking about Madison. I will miss our conversations and laughs together. We lost a wonderful, gifted person. Keep laughing my friend.

Condolence: Lisa was my one true friend. We met at the pool one day when our now young adult children were toddlers. We became instant friends. I also remember us losing our mothers in the same year. "I'll be right there...". Lisa was a compassionate person. "What can I make you to eat". I will miss her! My thoughts and prayers go out to Mike, Madison, and family.
Until we meet again, my friend.

Condolence From: Kaye Lynn Gresham
Condolence: Lisa, Mike, and Maddison are the closest “family” I have in western New York. Lisa was an awesome neighbor. She was there for me through some very tough times, including the loss of my mother. Lisa was an EXCELLENT cook. She found great joy in cooking for others. She often sent dinner across the fence while I was in graduate school. Lisa loved to garden. She loved her fresh “veggies”.

I will miss the many conversations about anything and everything over our backyard fence.

“Go rest High on that mountain Lisa, your work on earth is done” you were an excellent mother. My thoughts and prayers are with Maddison and Mike and the family.
